Larimer Row consists of 28 single-family row homes in the 3400 block of Larimer Street. Larimer Row is in a prime transit-oriented location just 4 blocks from a commuter rail station, which provides convenient access to Union Station and Denver International Airport. A planned light rail stop will be 1 block away at 35th & Lawrence and a pedestrian bridge at 35th Street connects Larimer Row with the Brighton Boulevard corridor and the large-scale redevelopments in that area. Units ranged in size from 1,229 to 1,673 sq. ft. and feature roof top decks, hardwood floors and tuck-under garages.
