BLVD Builders develops attached and detached single-family homes, focused on infill neighborhoods near schools, transit, restaurants, shopping, and parks and within a short drive or rail ride to major employment centers.
BLVD is currently developing two townhome communities. The first is Larimer Row, a 28-unit townhome development in central Denver. Located blocks from a future rail station in the River North Art District, Larimer Row has been met with an enthusiastic response from prospective homeowners. BLVD is also continuing the development of Riverdale Park, a 252-unit townhome community in Thornton, Colorado. In the northern suburbs on Denver, Riverdale is a short drive to employment centers such as Broomfield, Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

Iron works village
Iron Works Village is located in Englewood, Colorado, an inner-ring suburb of Denver. The site is 2 blocks south of the Denver city line and is blocks from the rapidly redeveloping Broadway commercial corridor in Englewood. It is also near the Denver residential and retail neighborhoods of Harvard Gulch and Platt Park. Iron Works Village has proximity to all the amenities that make an ideal and convenient live-work-play lifestyle. Iron Works Village will contain 136 units with a variety of living options including condo flats, single-single family detached, duplex, and townhomes. The site is TOD-adjacent and within ½ mile of the Englewood City Center light rail station. Land development is under way and new home construction is expected to begin during the first half of 2017.
Riverdale Park Townhomes
Riverdale is a townhome community conveniently located in Thornton. Riverdale is east of I-25 and just a short drive to Boulder, Interlocken, Downtown Denver and DIA. Residents will find an abundance of amenities right within the community. A tot lot and toddler pool are available for the little ones, while a junior-size Olympic pool awaits those ready for a good swim. The walking and biking trails are perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Homes starting in the mid $200's are now for sale at Riverdale Park.
BLVD Builders' principals have over 35 years of collective experience with new home construction and community development. The principals have been involved in all aspects of the homebuilding process including working with architects and engineers during planning stages, performing site due diligence, drafting construction contracts, bidding and hiring sub-contractors/vendors to complete land development and vertical construction, and monitoring/approving construction and costs for a variety of for-sale homes in the Denver metro area and southwest Florida. Most recently, BLVD Builders completed the Larimer Row townhomes in Denver.
LARIMER ROW TOWNHOMES, dENVER, co
Larimer Row is located in the heart of the River North Art District on Upper Larimer Street. The development is sold out and construction was completed in 2016. Larimer Row consists of 28 single-family row homes in the 3400 block of Larimer Street. Larimer Row is in a prime transit-oriented location just 4 blocks from a commuter rail station, which provides convenient access to Union Station and Denver International Airport. A planned light rail stop will be 1 block away at 35th & Lawrence and a pedestrian bridge at 35th Street connects Larimer Row with the Brighton Boulevard corridor and the large-scale redevelopments in that area. Units ranged in size from 1,229 to 1,673 sq. ft. and feature roof top decks, hardwood floors and tuck-under garages.
Mr. Ferdig is directly responsible for overseeing the purchasing, development and construction of all BLVD Builders’ communities. Prior to co-founding BLVD Builders, Mr. Ferdig worked at US Homes, Lennar Homes and Stock Development, where he performed in a number of management roles including Vice President of Purchasing, Director of CAD Operations and Superintendent. As the Vice President of Purchasing for Lennar Homes and later as the Director of Purchasing for Stock Development, Mr. Ferdig established building specifications, managed the budget process for single and multi-family projects and negotiated project specific pricing with more than 500 vendors and subcontractors.
Mr. Ferdig has over twenty years combined experience in all aspects of residential real estate including acquisition, development, estimating, and home building, and has overseen the construction and purchasing of over 2,500 residential units with a completed value in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Ferdig received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of South Dakota. Mr. Ferdig is a licensed Class B General Contractor.
Mr. Foy is responsible for land acquisition, entitlements, community marketing, sales, and legal matters for BLVD Builders. He has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry as an attorney and land broker. For seven years, Mr. Foy worked as a real estate and construction attorney in Denver representing homebuilders, condominium developers, and contractors. From 2008 through 2013, Mr. Foy was a land broker at Marcus & Millichap in Denver. As a land broker, Mr. Foy was involved in site planning, re-zonings, and land use applications in several Denver area counties and municipalities. Mr. Foy is active with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver where he sits on the Board of Directors and is chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
Mr. Foy moved to Colorado to attend law school at the University of Colorado, Boulder, after receiving his B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta. He is a licensed real estate broker and attorney in Colorado.
